I just took over this restaurant and I don’t think the prior owners ever had the kitchen exhaust system cleaned. Leon and Helen were amazing . They spoke with the local fire marshal and rectified the situation. The hood looks brand new and we are up to code. What looked like a bad situation was totally mitigated by American Crown. You guys rock!
